Return Policy for Custom Items

Any custom item, including Crib Bedding, Calligraphy Artwork, Andy Warhol Art, Monogrammed and Embroidered items, Furniture and Cut Fabric Yardage, are made and cut exclusively for you, therefore not returnable.

Return Policy for All Other Items (Non-Custom)

If you are not pleased with your non-custom purchase you may return it to us for a refund within seven days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original new condition, unused, and with all original labels in place. Shipping charges are not refundable. Please insure your return should the package be damaged or lost in transit. If you would like to return a non-custom ordered item please contact us at 1-877-333-3381 to obtain an RA# (return authorization number).

Once your return is received by Buckingham Babies, a credit will be processed to the credit card that you used to place your order. Please be aware it may take up to one billing cycle for the credit to appear on your statement.
